The location of this hotel just next door to the garden, undisturbed greenery with birdsong all around and the restaurant was stunning and good. It also was in a forest outside Hamburg.

We had a really nice stay. Everything was fine during our one night visit. the hotel is conveniently located near Germany, and the beautifully manicured garden adds to the charm. the surrounding greenery and birdsong create a peaceful atmosphere, and being deep in the forest is a wonderful bonus. the staff were exceptionally helpful and did a fantastic job.

This hotel shows the age-long tradition of receiving travellers, and is well maintained and up-to-date. Very good food at a reasonable price; the locals come here for dining too.

came here for 1 night with my dog, everything was perfectly fine. i had a comfortable bedroom. location: the hotel was not far from undisturbed greenery, the outlet centre and germany. i had goodies and coffee at carafe coffee roasters, it was located a short walk from the venue.

We had a great stay for one night, enjoying a quiet room equipped with a safe, mini-bar, and TV.

This hotel has a fantastic location right next to the motorway, making it easy to access. It's surrounded by beautiful forests just outside of Hamburg and close to the outlet center in Neumünster. Plus, it has a lovely restaurant with a great garden set in the woods! 🌳.

Rooms were well furnished and had all the necessities. The breakfast was good, and the on-site restaurant had a decent menu for dinner. The location was outside the city, which was great for escaping the busy and loud city environment.

The wifi was spotty and unreliable, which made it difficult to complete work. The check-in process was slow and unorganized, causing unnecessary delays on a busy work trip.

The period of New Year is one of the most special moments in the year, so our expectations were high for this hotel. We were delighted when we arrived to find a peaceful environment with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom had good lighting and a nice hot shower. In fact, it was hard to choose between the cosy bed and the hot shower, which were the best aspects of our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our stay. First of all, the heating system was not efficient and did not work well during the cold winter. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was very slow, and we had trouble maintaining a good connection. Finally, the food offered in the restaurant was not varied enough and although delicious, the portion sizes were quite small. Unfortunately, these problems diminished what could have been a great experience.

If you're looking for a convenient location to explore the outlet centre in Neumunster, this hotel might not be the right choice. if you prefer a secluded spot away from the autostrada, this might be the perfect one. the rooms are spacious and clean with fluffy duvets and comfortable beds. the bathroom is bigger than some hotel rooms, and the breakfast is more than adequate. There are beautiful garden and forest surroundings, and a charging station for electric cars.

There are not many facilities for those who like karaoke and casinos, so this might not be the best place for those seeking night entertainment.
